Our center is located in the heart of Barceloneta, Barcelona’s central seaside neighborhood, which is part of the Ciutat Vella district and dates back to the 17th century. Our amenities feature changing rooms, showers, secure lockers for your belongings, and restrooms.
Surfing and stand-up paddle connect us with nature, forming a unique bond between the surfer and the sea-something that few sports can provide.
Surfing and paddleboarding provide full-body workouts, engaging your legs, arms, back, and especially your core. These sports not only boost your balance and focus but also create a deep, meaningful connection with the sea.
Our focus is twofold: spreading ocean awareness and equipping our students with the skills they need to feel confident both in and out of the water, ensuring a safe, fun, and top-quality experience on the waves.
Maurizio, a true ocean enthusiast, discovered his passion for surfing in Lanzarote, where he quickly fell in love with the sport. This led him to co-found MOLOKAI Surf & SUP Center, a place where he could share his enthusiasm and inspire the next generation.
David is passionate about surfing, the ocean, and teaching. He has significant experience in sports education, having taught surfing, paddleboarding, and snowboarding at schools in Cantabria, Galicia, and Catalonia. Currently, he is pursuing a personal project focused on the global conservation and protection of sharks.
His background in photography has taken him to places like South Africa and California, where he has documented great white sharks and created nature reports for both local and international media outlets.
