What will you learn in the paddle surf class?

Flat Water

• Key safety tips for calm water
• Introduction to the equipment and how to use it
• Building body awareness and balance
• Moving confidently on the board
• Basic paddling techniques
• A learning approach focused on guided discovery and problem-solving

Waves

• Essential safety skills for wave conditions
• Understanding the ocean: identifying breaks, currents, and selecting the right waves
• Wave etiquette: access, priorities, and respect in the lineup
• Surf paddling and positioning on the board
• Proper stance for riding waves

Note: Prior flat-water experience is required.

The course includes:

• 2 hours of training with a registered professional instructor (Law 3/2008, April 23).
• All necessary equipment: board, paddle and wetsuit.
• Access to changing rooms, showers and lockers to store your belongings.
• Civil liability and accident insurance.

Additional information:

• We teach stand up paddle for all ages and levels: from beginners to advanced paddlers looking to perfect their technique.
• Wide availability of schedules. Schedule subject to confirmation by the school.
• It is important to arrive at the school 15-20 minutes before the start of the class.

Cancellation and change policy:

• If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, let us know 48 hours in advance.
• In case of adverse weather or sea conditions, we will reschedule the class without any problem.
