CROSS-FIT TRAINING

Duration: 1 hour
A training done by the beach and born from the combination of Cross-fit and Boot Camps. Each workout is composed by a sequence of exercises which, depending on the day, is more focused on aerobics, strength or power. The workouts are at medium-high intensity, done in a row with low break intervals or by realizing active breaks after a number of repetitions.
