Duration: 1 hour
Would you like to enjoy the sea but there is something stopping you from letting go? Are feelings such as fear, anxiety or phobia keeping you from enjoying activities such as swimming, diving, paddle surfing… Maybe we can help you out with that! We have helped many people leave behind such emotions in order to achieve the goals they propose themselves.
We offer you 1 hour sessions to explore your personal situation and work step by step to gain the confidence you require.
